Apostasy in the light of Qur'an

Peace to the world,

This topic is a bit controversial. Apostasy, is there a punishment for those who leave the faith of Islam ? Is there any punishment for those who leave the faith and join and share her/his other faith with people ? A term I came across , that is used by many traditional muslims for this is "Murtaad".

If we ignore the Qur'an and simply obey what we hear from people that claim to be imams/sheikhs/scholars/etc, we will come to 2 answers for our question.

Answer 1: Yes, leaving the faith of Islam is a crime punishable by death.

Answer 2: No, simply leaving the faith does not qualify you for a death penalty. However, if you share/promote your new faith with others, you have to be given a death penalty.

I have come across traditional islamic preachers who compare Apostasy(leaving your faith) to Treason (the act of betraying your own country) to try and justify the death penalty.

Let us explore the Qur'an and see what it has to say on the issue, starting with a hadith from Sahih Bukhari that speaks lies on such issues:

Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57 :
Narrated by 'Ikrima
Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"

Ofcourse giving death penalty to anyone because he/she changed their faith is unislamic and a lie about the messenger of God. Let us see this from the Qur'an :

"Say: O rejecters,
I do not serve what you serve
Nor do you serve what I serve
Nor will I serve what you serve
Nor will you serve what I serve
To you is your system, and to me is mine"
[ Qur'an 109:1-6]

So even in the extreme case where you percieve a person to be a kafir, you are not asked to go and cut off the head of that person or execute the person. To you will be your deen (system) to the other person is theirs.

Not only in the above example, the Qur'an makes clear that on the matter of faith, one can not force others, let alone kill in the name of Islam:

"There is no compulsion in the system; the proper way has been clarified from the wrong way. Whoever rejects evil, and believes in God, indeed he has taken grasp of the strongest hold that will never break. God is Hearer, Knower."
[Qur'an 2:256]

There is no forcing each other in Islam, yet, the traditional scholars/sheikhs/imams try to inject their dirty wishful thinkings into Islam. These sheikhs/imams think of themselves as some form of police, guardian, military approved of God who are supposed to force people to follow what God wants when those people dont want it. Ofcourse these sheikhs/imams contradict the teaching we find in Qur'an:

"Whoever obeys the messenger has obeyed God; and whoever turns away, We have not sent you as a guardian over them."
[Qur'an 4:80]

"So if they turn away, then you are only required to deliver clearly."
[Qur'an 16:82]

"And if God had willed, they would not have set up partners. And We did not place you over them as a guardian, nor are you over them as a sponsor."
[Qur'an 6:107]

"We have sent down to you the Book for the people with the truth. Then, whoever is guided is guided for himself, and whoever goes astray goes astray to his own loss. And you are not a keeper over them."
[Qur'an 39:41]

The Qur'an repeats it so many times that if God wanted, he could make all of us obey, we are not supposed to force others like we are some kind of guardian over them. But still, the sheikhs/imams/scholars of traditional islam ignore this. They want to threaten people with death penalty if they differ in opinion regarding faith. The following ayaat is thought provoking:

"He said: "O my people, do you see that should I be upon a clarity from my Lord, and He has given me a mercy from Himself, that you may be blinded to it? Shall we compel you to it while in-fact you hate it?" "
[Qur'an 11:28]

It looks like, the imams/sheikhs would answer this question with..."Yes, why only compel ? lets give them death penalty". Its even more ironic how these same people keeps moaning all day saying that their Islam is not spread by sword !!

It has come to my attention that some haters of Qur'an along with extremists that hide under the title of "muslims" are using verses from Qur'an to either show that Qur'an promotes killing of apostates or in the case of "muslim" extremists, to show that they can kill a person if they no longer follow Islam. One can cherry pick many places, but I am only showing one example I found in a website called "faithfreedom". The verses are 4:88 to 4:89:

"What is the matter with you that you are divided into two groups over the hypocrites, while God has regressed them for what they have earned? Do you want to guide those whom God misguides? Whoever God causes to be misguided, you will never find for him a path. They hope that you will reject as they have rejected, then you will be the same. Do not take any of them as allies until they emigrate in the cause of God. If they turn away, then take them and kill them wherever you find them; and do not take from them any ally or supporter."
[Qur'an 4:88-89]

People may read this and immediately jump into conclusions. However, those who are sincere enough will atleast read further. Let me show you the next verse and destroy this falsehood:

"Except for those who reach a people with whom you have a covenant, or if they come to you with a reluctance in their chests to fight you or to fight their own people. Had God willed He would have given them strength and they would have fought you. But if they retire from you, and do not fight you, and they offer you peace; then God does not make for you a path against them."
[Qur'an 4:90]

So we see that the fighting against apostates in 4:89 is only limited to those who are waging war on you, not those who are peaceful and do not wish you harm (highlighted in red in the above verse 4:90).
Now, not to attack any other religion, but I must share where these imams/scholars/sheikhs and their hadith compiling liars got their inspiration from, since its not from Qur'an.

Holy Bible (Leviticus 24:16)
"anyone who blasphemes the name of the Lord is to be put to death. The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death"

Holy Bible (Deuteronomy 13:6-10)
If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, “Let us go and worship other gods do not yield to them or listen to them. Show them no pity. Do not spare them or shield them. You must certainly put them to death. Your hand must be the first in putting them to death, and then the hands of all the people. Stone them to death, because they tried to turn you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

It will be unfair to end it here, let us see what the Qur'an actually says about those who leave the system of God.

"O you who believe, whoever from among you turns away from His system, then God will bring a people whom He loves and they love Him; humble towards the believers, proud towards the rejecters; they strive in the cause of God and do not fear to be blamed by those who blame. This is the grace of God, He bestows it upon whom He wills; God is Encompassing, Knowledgeable."
[Qur'an 5:54]

"Those who believed, then rejected, then believed, then rejected, then they increased in rejection; God was not to forgive them nor to guide them to the path."
[Qur'an 4:137]

"Whoever rejects God after having believed - except for he who is forced while his heart is still content with belief - and has comforted his chest towards rejection, then these will have a wrath from God and they will have a great retribution."
[Qur'an 16:106]

This theme is repeated throughout the Qur'an, God does not love those who conceal and reject truth. However, God never asks you and I or anyone to go and start giving death penalty to those whom we may percieve as kafirs/rejectors.

Perhaps, the following verses from the Qur'an best summarizes what we should or should not do with people whom we percieve to be rejectors:

"And leave Me to deal with the deniers who have been given the good things, and give them time for a while."
[Qur'an 73:11]

"So leave Me alone with he whom I have created. And I gave him abundant wealth. And sons to bear witness. And I made everything comfortable for him. Then he is greedy, wanting that I give more. No. He was stubborn to Our revelations."
[Qur'an 74:11-16]

Yes, just as we read above in the statements of God, we should give them their time (after all, life is a test !!). We should leave the matter with God. We do not know what is in the heart of a person, God does. When you believe in the words of Qur'an, so put your trust in it and act accordingly. Leave them for God to deal with.

Feel free to comment/criticize this post in the comment section. May God guide us all into His straight path.

Peace be on you

Did prophet Muhammad know the future ?

Peace to the world,

Any traditional muslim can verify that he/she heard many hadiths of prophet where the prophet informs the companions about future. There are hadiths relating to end times, general future world situations etc. Any reader of hadith literature knows that Muhammad could see the unseen. Muhammad even warns his companions about the unseen and what it will bring to the world. My question to you is, what did God say about it ? Let us see in the Qur'an (chapter 27 verse 65):

27:65    Say: "None in the heavens or the earth know the unseen except God. And they do not perceive when they will be resurrected.

For anyone with the ability to read, it is clear. ONLY GOD knows the unseen/future. This ayaat (verse/sign) is enough for me. However, one may try to claim that God gave Muhammad the ability to do it. So we need to verify that from Qur'an too. Let us look further into Qur'an( 6:50, 7:188, 11:31):

6:50    Say: "I do not say to you that I possess the treasures of God, nor do I know the future, nor do I say to you that I am an angel. I merely follow what is inspired to me." Say: "Are the blind and the seer the same? Do you not think?

So, God made the messenger declare that the messenger DOES NOT KNOW the future. The messenger only follows what is revealed to him. Qur'an says that the only thing revealed is Qur'an (click this). Let us look further:

7:188    Say: "I do not possess for myself any benefit or harm, except what God wills. And if I could know the future, then I would have increased my good fortune, and no harm would have come to me. I am but a warner and a bearer of good news to a people who believe."

The messenger is commanded to say that he did not know the future, and he is made to argue further by saying that IF he knew the future, he could increase his good fortune and no harm could touch him. This alone tells you that harm did touch him. God makes him declare in the end of the ayaat (verse/sign) that he is just a warner and someone who is sent with a good news for the believers. Let us look at another example:

11:31    "Nor do I say to you that I have the treasures of God, nor do I know the future, nor do I say that I am an angel, nor do I say to those whom your eyes look down upon that God will not grant them any good. God is more aware of what is in their souls; in such case I would be among the wicked."

Once more, we find God making the messenger declare that he does not know the future and is not angelic in nature, he is just a man, a clear warner.

46:9Say: I am no different from the other messengers, nor do I know what will happen to me or to you. I only follow what is inspired to me. I am no more than a clear warner.

It is remarkable how the Qur'an makes the topic so clear. Only the scholars/sheikhs/imams/mullahs come up with their CONTRADICTORY hadiths and teach the people anti-Qur'an teachings. I get it, there were always people whom God trusted with the scripture and they went astray, some even went as far as making the messenger into a God. If you are a traditional muslim, you have now read my refutation from the Qur'an. It is time for you to either think about discarding the traditions and obey what you hear from the Qur'an, or help the sheikhs/scholars hide these ayaats of God and obey what you hear from their other books.

In any case, it is my duty to inform you that those who do not judge with God's kitaab are kafirs/fasiks/zalims (5:44:48). I leave the decision up to you, as I still think that no matter how much we differ, your heart can be a muslim and I am no one to judge that.

"What is wrong with you, how do you judge? Or do you have another book which you study? In it, you can find what you wish?"
[Qur'an 68:36-37]

With that said, I would like to see all of us do good while we are believers, without doing good, it is just a belief worth nothing.

98:7 As for those who believe and do good works, they are the best of creation.

Peace be on you

9 Questions for traditional muslims

Peace to the world,

This post is meant to raise questions for your inner self. Not for the person that others know as "you". But for the person that you and God alone knows as "you". The true "you", your inner self. I would assume that you can read, if not write aswell.

Imagine a room inside which you can find instructions that will give you eternal success. Imagine that the room is known as a miracle of God. Imagine that the informations in that room are given by God Himself and is preserved by Him for you. Imagine God giving you not only permission to enter, but an invitation to enter the room.

Now Imagine that only few people that you consider as "smart" go inside the room to see the instructions. When these people come out of the room, they claim to have recieved the instructions. However, they dont agree between each other on details of the instructions.

  1. If you have never been to the room yourself, can you honestly say who among the ones that entered the room is correct ?
  2. You can always have faith in one of the people that go to that room, BUT, is faith in that person the same as faith in God ?
  3. If your reason for having faith in your favourtie person that visited the room is that the person is very knowledgeable, do you not know that scientists like Isaac Newton was Christian, Albert Einstein was agnostic Jew and Stephen Hawking does not believe in God ? What does this tell you about blind faith on smart people to understand what God kept in that room ?
  4. If smart people are correct in their opinion, why do many of their opinions go against each other ?
  5. If having different opinions is not a big deal, why can't "you" have your own opinion ?
  6. You can't have your opinion because you are not "as smart as those few people that enter the room" ?
  7. If it is guaranteed that their opinion is better than yours, why would God give you permission with an invitation to that room ?
  8. Did God mistakenly give you the permission and invitation to the room ?
  9. Or did you make the mistake of not accepting the invitation and putting your faith in a human being instead of God ?
The room that we are talking about in this post is the kitaab(book) from God. Muslims know this book as Al-Qur'an.  God detailed His book and invited you to read and learn it. God asked you to spread the message. Think about what your trusted people told you about what is inside the Qur'an.. Ask your self these 9 questions . Are you really on the Straight Path of God ? or you risk your life following a human being who can be wrong ? Do you want to simply repeat what you hear from them instead of checking God's message yourself ? Just because alot of people do that ? Just because your family taught you that ?

"And if they are told: "Follow what God has sent down," they say: "No, we will follow what we found our fathers doing!" What if their fathers did not comprehend anything and were not guided? And the example of those who disbelieve is like one who repeats what he has heard of calls and cries; deaf, dumb, and blind, they do not comprehend."
[Qur'an 2:170-171]

May God increase you in knowledge and open your eyes so that you be guided to success in this life and the next.

Peace be on you

Do you need hadith because Qur'an lacks details and examples ?

PEACE TO THE WORLD,

This Student of Allah would like to make clear the issues of this post. It is well known in the traditional islamic zone that we need hadiths to explain Qur'an. One of the biggest reason quoted by the scholars/sheikhs/imams is that the Qur'an lacks in clarity and details. So, hadiths are used to explain the Qur'an. As for me, the common sense approach stops anything unprotected by God to be used to explain the Qur'an. If you cant explain the Qur'an using the Qur'an, it is very doubtful in my view. That is too dishonest a thing to do. But today, we will let the Qur'an speak about itself. After all, if God wrote a book, wouldn't He be smart enough to make it sufficient for you ? Lets look at what God had to say on the issue:

"Alif Laam Mim, a kitaab(book) whose ayaats (verses/signs) are perfected and explained in detail- from One Who is wise, informed"
[Qur'an 11:01]

"....We have detailed the ayaats for people who remember."
[Qur'an 06:126]

"And We had certainly brought them a kitaab(book) which We detailed by knowledge - as guidance and mercy to a people who believe."
[Qur'an 07:52]

"Know that Allah revives the earth/land after it had died. We have made clear Our ayaats (verses/signs) for you, that you may understand."
[Qur'an 57:17]

"This Qur'an could not have been produced without Allah; but it is a confirmation for what was before it, and to give details of the kitaab in which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds."
[ Qur'an 10:37]

"And when Our clear ayaats were recited to them, those who do not wish to meet us said: 'Bring a Qur'an other than this, or change it !!' Say:' It is not for me to change it of my own accord, I simply follow what is inspired to me. I fear, if I disobeyed my Lord, the retribution of a great day !' "
[Qur'an 10:15]

So we see that God Himself perfected and detailed the kitaab with His knowledge. However, there are people who wants to change it or use some other kitaab (example: Bukhari/Abu dawood/etc). Let us look further into what God had to say:

"Ha mim. A revelation from the Almighty, the Merciful. A kitaab(book) whose ayaats are detailed, an Arabic Qur'an for a people who know. A bearer of good news, and a warner. But most of them turn away; they do not hear."
[Qur'an 41:01-04]

"Thus We have sent down clear ayaats and Allah guides whoever He wishes."
[ Qur'an 22:16]

"In their stories is a lesson for those who possess intelligence. It is not a narration tha has been invented, but an authentication of the existing, and a detail explanation of all things, and a guidance and a mercy for people those who believe."
[Qur'an 12:111]

"And the Day We send to every nation a witness against them from themselves, and We have brought you as a witness against these. and We have sent down to you the Book as a clarification for all things, and a guidance and a mercy and good tidings to those who have submitted."
[Qur'an 16:89]

"And We have repeated for humankind, in this Qur'an, every kind of example, but the majority of humankind do not consent to anything but denying."
[Qur'an 17:89]

"And We have certainly presented for the people in this Qur'an from every example- that they might remember."
[Qur'an 39:27]

So God sends a book as clarification of all things, not a few, all things. Everything He wanted to address. However, we keep on rejecting that he explained and detailed. God surely states that he presented from every example but most would deny, do you deny ? Atleast the traditionalist scholars do deny. Let us look further.

"Say: 'Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He produced for His servants and the good things of His providing ? ' Say: These are meant for those who believe during worldy lives, and such on the day of ressurection, will only be for those who believed during the life of the world. Thus do We detail our ayaats for people who have knowledge."
[Qur'an 07:32]

"Surely those who conceal what We have sent down to them of the clarities and the guidance, after We had made it clear for the people in the kitaab(book); these will be cursed by Allah and be cursed by those who curse."
[Qur'an 02:159]

Very stong words in the above ayaat. When you say that God did not clarify for you His ayaats, in the above ayaat, we see that God curses such people and says that such people deserve cursing by those who curse. Yet would you say that God didnt clarify his ayaats because you cant find your innovations in His book ?

"Is it not enough for them that We have sent down to you the Kitaab(book) that is being recited to them ? In that is a mercy and reminder for people who believe."
[Qur'an 29:51]

So, wasnt this book enough for you too ??? If you say yes, you have to discard the hadiths that you inject into the book. If you say no, you are against this ayaat. So far, I have presented my views using the Qur'an, the highest source in the islamic world. What do we call someone who would reject these statements of God that I presented for the sake of worshipping Bukhari ? Let us see how my Lord puts the same question in His grand style:

"These are the ayaats of Allah that We recite to you with truth. In what Hadith(hadythim) after Allah and His ayaats do you believe ?"
[ Qur'an 45:06]

As for me, after Allah and His ayaats, I do not believe in any other narrations/hadiths. But the question is , do you ? What is your justification ? My justification is:

"Shall I seek other than God as a judge when He has sent down to you the Book fully detailed? Those to whom We have given the Book know it is sent down from your Lord with the truth; so do not be of those who have doubt."
[Qur'an 6:114]

No, I do not seek others as judge when the Lord of the universe has already given me a fully detailed Book. :) The question is, do you ?

Authentic Lies about messengers of God 3

Peace to the world,
This Student of Allah welcomes you to share the findings on lies attributed to messengers of God by the hadith narrators/collectors and their supporters. This is the 3rd post of this series. As usual, we will look into the so called "Authentic Hadiths" that are Authentic lies ,conjectures and are being promoted by the sheikhs/imams/scholars of Islam as truth in the name of the messenger of God. The topic is STONING TO DEATH (rajm).

The hadiths (from Sahih-Bukhari):
Volume 4, Book 56, Number 829 :
Narrated by 'Abdullah bin 'Umar
The Jews came to Allah's Apostle and told him that a man and a woman from amongst them had committed illegal sexual intercourse. Allah's Apostle said to them, "What do you find in the Torah (old Testament) about the legal punishment of Ar-rajm (stoning)?" They replied, (But) we announce their crime and lash them." Abdullah bin Salam said, "You are telling a lie; Torah contains the order of rajm." They brought and opened the Torah and one of them solaced his hand on the Verse of rajm and read the verses preceding and following it. Abdullah bin Salam said to him, "Lift your hand." When he lifted his hand, the Verse of rajm was written there. They said, "Muhammad has told the truth; the Torah has the Verse of rajm. The Prophet then gave the order that both of them should be stoned to death. ('Abdullah bin 'Umar said, "I saw the man leaning over the woman to shelter her from the stones."
Volume 6, Book 60, Number 79 :
Narrated by 'Abdullah bin Umar
The Jews brought to the Prophet a man and a woman from among them who had committed illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet said to them, "How do you usually punish the one amongst you who has committed illegal sexual intercourse?" They replied, "We blacken their faces with coal and beat them," He said, "Don't you find the order of Ar-rajm (i.e. stoning to death) in the Torah?" They replied, "We do not find anything in it." 'Abdullah bin Salam (after hearing this conversation) said to them. "You have told a lie! Bring here the Torah and recite it if you are truthful." (So the Jews brought the Torah). And the religious teacher who was teaching it to them, put his hand over the Verse of Ar-rajm and started reading what was written above and below the place hidden with his hand, but he did not read the Verse of Ar-rajm. 'Abdullah bin Salam removed his (i.e. the teacher's) hand from the Verse of Ar-rajm and said, "What is this?" So when the Jews saw that Verse, they said, "This is the Verse of Ar-rajm." So the Prophet ordered the two adulterers to be stoned to death, and they were stoned to death near the place where biers used to be placed near the Mosque. I saw her companion (i.e. the adulterer) bowing over her so as to protect her from the stones.
Volume 9, Book 92, Number 424 :
Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas
I used to teach Qur'an to 'Abdur-Rahman bin Auf. When Umar performed his last Hajj, 'Abdur-Rahman said (to me) at Mina, "Would that you had seen Chief of the believers today! A man came to him and said, "So-and-so has said, "If Chief of the Believers died, we will give the oath of allegiance to such-and-such person,' 'Umar said, 'I will get up tonight and warn those who want to usurp the people's rights.' I said, 'Do not do so, for the season (of Hajj) gathers the riffraff mob who will form the majority of your audience, and I am afraid that they will not understand (the meaning of) your saying properly and may spread (an incorrect statement) everywhere. You should wait till we reach Medina, the place of migration and the place of the Sunna (the Prophet's Traditions). There you will meet the companions of Allah's Apostle from the Muhajirin and the Ansar who will understand your statement and place it in its proper position' 'Umar said, 'By Allah, I shall do so the first time I stand (to address the people) in Medina.' When we reached Medina, 'Umar (in a Friday Khutba-sermon) said, "No doubt, Allah sent Muhammad with the Truth and revealed to him the Book (Quran), and among what was revealed, was the Verse of Ar-rajm (stoning adulterers to death).'" (See Hadith No. 817,Vol. 8)
Volume 9, Book 93, Number 633 :
Narrated by Ibn 'Umar
A Jew and Jewess were brought to the Prophet on a charge of committing an illegal sexual intercourse. The Prophet asked the Jews, "What do you (usually) do with them?" They said, "We blacken their faces and disgrace them." He said, "Bring here the Torah and recite it, if you are truthful." They (fetched it and) came and asked a one-eyed man to recite. He went on reciting till he reached a portion on which he put his hand. The Prophet said, "Lift up your hand!" He lifted his hand up and behold, there appeared the verse of Ar-rajm (stoning of the adulterers to death). Then he said, "O Muhammad! They should be stoned to death but we conceal this Divine Law among ourselves." Then the Prophet ordered that the two sinners be stoned to death and, and they were stoned to death, and I saw the man protecting the woman from the stones. (See Hadith No. 809, Vol. 8)

Based on this, what the mullah/scholars/sheiks of Islam want to say is that Muhammad judged using other kitaab. When clearly , he was ordered to judge using Qur'an (5:48). Muhammad was given a law for adultery in the Qur'an. What this hadith followers want to say is that Muhammad asked not to follow that law. Let me present God's law from the Qur'an:

"The adulteress and the adulterer, you shall lash each of them with one hundred lashes, and do not let any pity overtake you regarding the system of God if you believe in God and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment."
[Qur'an 24:02]

So, the punishment according to God is 100 lashes, not stone to death. The hadith based scholars and imams argue saying that STONE TO DEATH is sunna. How ignorant a person must be to say that going against God's law is a sunnah of God's messenger. When God gives a law, He is aware of it. Let us see how the hadith follower sheikh/imam/scholar would fall in more trouble according to Qur'an:

"And whoever of you cannot afford to marry the independent female believers, then from those maintained by your oaths of the believing young women. And God is more aware of your faith, some of you to each other. You shall marry them with the permission of their parents and give them their dowries in kindness; to be independent, not for illicit sex or taking lovers. When they become independent, then any of them who come with lewdness shall have half of what is the punishment for those independent. This is for those who are concerned about deviating from among you. But if you are patient it is better for you, and God is Forgiver, Merciful."
[Qur'an 4:25]

So Allah COMMANDS that if the women you married was not independent, her punishment for illegal sex is halved. Now explain to me, if the punishment for adultery for married person is STONE TO DEATH, how you will half-StoneToDeath in this case ? Can you give someone half punishment of STONE TO DEATH ? That makes no sense. But unlike these liest the Qur'an does make sense. Here is how it does:

For independent person the punishment        = 100 lashing
For dependent person = half of independent = 100/2 = 50 lashing

Allah does not contradict his rules. So, when He gives a law, He is aware of its implication elsewhere in the kitaab. Who do you trust more ? God ? or your personal favourite scholar and sheikhs ?

Now that we have it out of the way, let me share how by following your sheikhs/imams you are more christian than a muslim. That is, let me expose these scholars a bit more.

What is the source of these brutal punishments and laws in the hadiths ?

‘If a man commits adultery with another man’s wife-with the wife of his neighbor-both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.

[ Leviticus 20:10 ]

If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her, you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death?the girl because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you.

[Deuteronomy 22:23-24]

It is of no surprise, the source is the Holy Bible !!!!! The Qur'an never advises stoning to death, the only examples of stoning someone in the Qur'an are examples of what the KAFIRS do. Let me share them here with you:

They said: If you do not cease, O Noah, you will be of those who are stoned.
[Qur'an 26:116]

He said: Have you abandoned my gods O Abraham? If you do not stop this, I will stone you; and let me be.
[Qur'an 19:46]

If they discover you, they will stone you or return you to their creed. Then you will never be successful.
[Qur'an 18:20]

They said: We have welcomed you better than you deserve. If you do not cease, we will stone you, and you will receive a painful retribution from us!
[Qur'an 36:18]

They said: O Shuayb, we do not understand most of what you say, and we see you as weak among us; and if it were not for who your family is, we would have stoned you, and you would not be proud against us.
[Qur'an 11:91]

Therefore, in the Qur'an's literature, only the musriks (idol worshippers) STONE people. Please consider the Qur'an with care, and this lie about STONE TO DEATH being promoted by the devils wearing beard. If the laws about adultery (24:02 , 4:25) that I have shown in the Qur'an are not to be followed, what you are saying is that Bukhari and your scholars wrote a book which is superior to the book of God. You may not have said that with your tongue, but that is what you imply when you substitute Allah's ayaats with Bukhari's hadith. And if that is the way you judge, let me give you warning of the final day of which only God and God alone is the dominator.

All praise belongs to God.

Peace be on you

Did prophet Muhammad recieve revelations outside the Qur'an ?

Peace to the world,

The way traditional muslims (scholars too) try to justify their "writing the books with their own hands and claiming that its from Allah" is by tricking the non-suspecting masses  with statements such as "There are revelations beside the Qur'an that was given to Muhammad". To know the truth, one must atleast let the Qur'an speak on the subject of revelations. Let us begin by just doing that:

What was revealed to the prophet ?

Say, "What thing is greatest in testimony?" Say, " Allah is witness between me and you. And this Qur'an was revealed to me that I may warn you thereby and whomever it reaches. Do you testify that with Allah there are other deities?" Say, "I will not testify." Say, "Indeed, He is but one God, and indeed, I am free of what you associate  ."
[Qur'an 6:19]

Revealed: Qur'an for the purpose of warning people and whoever the message reaches. The idea can be verified in other places of the Qur'an

Alif, Lam, Ra. These are the verses of the clear Book. Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand. We relate to you, the best of stories in what We have revealed to you of this Qur'an although you were, before it, among the unaware.
[Qur'an 12:1-3]

Revealed: Qur'an in arabic where God relates to the audience the best of story.

Nowhere in the Qur'an can one point out that God informs of external revelations given to the prophet to guide us. The scholars have used a verse from the Qur'an (53:3-4) to justify that the messenger does not say anything from himself, but Allah, which implies to the masses that whatever Muhammad spoke was revelation in one sense. Let us investigate the verse, but UNLIKE the scholars/sheikhs, let us atleast try to look at the context.

By the star when it descends,Your companion has not strayed, nor has he erred, Nor does he speak from  inclination. It is not but a revelation revealed, Taught to him by one intense in strength -
[Qur'an 53:1-5]

So, in context, God never said that whatever Muhammad says is a revelation inspired of God. God was telling the audience that the messenger is not mad or gone astray, the messenger was not speaking by himself but "IT" is a revelation from God. "IT" here can not be anything outside Qur'an. The verses  are not refering to "THEM", in that case, the scholars would atleast have a case to discuss. So even here, the revelation is the Qur'an. Another point to notice is 9:43 and 66:01. If we interprete 53:1-5 as "whatever prophet says is revelation (outside Qur'an )" then what about the following verses:

May Allah pardon you, ; why did you give them permission ?  until it was evident to you who were truthful and you knew  the liars.
[Qur'an 09:43]

So, here we see Allah pointing out that Muhammad gave a wrong command.

O Prophet, why do you prohibit what Allah has made lawful for you, seeking the approval of your wives? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
[Qur'an 66:01]

Here we observe that prophet made the mistake of forbidding something which Allah did not forbid.

My question is, if 53:1-5 means that whatever prophet ordered or did out of free-will is revelation from God, how can prophet make mistakes as shown in the above ayaats ? How can God tell Muhammad in one revelation to do something and in the Qur'an scold Muhammad for carrying out the order given in the other revelation ? Is your model of God schizophrenic ? In plain English, is God suffering from multiple personality disorder ? If not, ask your favourite scholars, why they interpret this ayaat in a way to degrade God.

Does the messenger act religious without Qur'anic revelation ?

The entire hadith based traditional Islam floats on judgements outside Qur'an. Qur'an bares witness that such hypocrites were present around Muhammad, who were not satisfied with the Qur'an and its judgements. Some even went as far as asking him to bring another Qur'an ( aren't the hadith collections just that ?) Let us consider the following ayaat as evidence:
And when you,  do not bring them a sign, they say, "Why have you not contrived it?" Say, "I only follow what is revealed to me from my Lord. This is enlightenment from your Lord and guidance and mercy for a people who believe."

[Qur'an 7:203]

And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, "Bring us a Qur'an other than this or change it." Say,  "It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day."
[Qur'an 10:15]
So, outside the revelations, the messenger can not provide solutions to your problems. Since the only revelation mentioned is the Qur'an, naturally the messenger was not there to teach anything outside the Qur'an.

Companions asking questions to prophet ?

Another popular explanation provided by the so called scholars/imams for the existance of outside qur'an religious teaching provided by Muhammad has to do with his companions (Sahaba). In this lie told by the scholars, it is said that when the companions asked Muhammad about certain things, Muhammad provided outside Qur'an teachings (ignoring the fact that he is just a man and God already found him faulty in 9:43,66:01). This lie is so much surprizing that it almost feels like these sheikhs/mufti/scholars are being paid to be deaf/dumb/blind when reading the Qur'an. It is shocking to note that Qur'an has ayaat on this specific subject matter. Here it is :

O you who have believed, do not ask about things which, if they are shown to you, will distress you. But if you ask about them while the Qur'an is being revealed, they will be shown to you. Allah has pardoned that which is past; and Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing.

[Qur'an 5:101]

It is surprising how these so called scholars totally missed out this ayaat. This ayaat if seen in the light of 9:43 and 66:01 and the message of the Qur'an, confirms that only God can guide. So stop troubling the messenger with questions. The messenger is just a man. But if you ask when the revelation is ONLINE in status, if God wills, He will show it.

To conclude, the Qur'an clearly talks about ONE revelations, which is Itself. None of the classical understanding of the sholars can hold their grounds in the light of the few Qur'an ayaats that I spoke about in this article.
